Can I add another item to my order?

Absolutely, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Just send your request to customerservice@click-n-curl.com and we will adjust your order.

If your order has already shipped, it will be necessary to submit another order.

What if my handle breaks? Can I get a new one?

Our handles have a lifetime warranty! If it’s broken, we will replace it. To get a new handle,  ship the broken one back to us and we will gladly ship you a new one at no cost! Complete the New Handle Request Form to request a new handle.

What is your shipping policy?

Here at Casual Panache, Inc. it is our goal to process and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them (Monday – Friday). We currently utilize USPS to deliver our packages. Items may be shipped via first class, priority mail, or parcel post.

The rate charged for the shipping of an order is based on the weight of your product purchase and your location. You will be provided with the shipping rate for your order before the final checkout.

We provide you with a tracking number – just make sure that your email address is correct when placing your order or creating your account. Please note that if the item is shipped 1st Class USPS mail, tracking numbers are not available.

I live outside of the US. How do I purchase Click n Curl?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. Click n Curl is sold in over 14 countries!

If you are not near the UK or Australia, please let us know so we can set up an additional shipping method. It may take 10 – 14 days for delivery. Additional inquiries will be accepted via email at customerservice@click-n-curl.com.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover and PayPal.

All orders are processed through a secure shopping cart. Your credit card is charged upon shipment of the order.

If for some reason you choose to cancel, we will issue a refund according to your payment type. Casual Panache, Inc is the name that will appear on your credit card statement or bank account.

Can I return an item or order?

Yes! We hope that you love our products, but if you aren’t completely satisfied, returns are accepted.

We are sorry to hear Click n Curl did not meet your expectations. We want you to love your Click n Curl. Please visit our “FAQs/Using Click n Curl” page for a detailed explanation on how to use this styling tool. 

If you would still like to return it, determine which store you bought it from first.

If the purchase was made through the Click n Curl website, your item/order must be in its original, new condition (including the packaging) and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Request a refund: Please complete the returns, replacements & exchanges form to request a refund approval number within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for all returns. Please re-package appropriately so that no damage will occur on route back to Casual Panache.

We will process refunds within five business days once the item has been received. You will be refunded the cost of the product plus tax.

If your order was eligible for free shipping, a fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover the original cost of shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Please send your cancelation request to customerservice@click-n-curl.com.. If your order has shipped, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please refer to the return policy for orders that have already shipped.

Will I be charged a sales tax?

Our headquarters and warehouse are located in Wisconsin. Orders from Wisconsin will be charged a 5.5% sales tax.

I think I need a different size, can I exchange my set for a different size?

Yes! The easiest way to exchange for a different size or set is to initiate a return and place a new order. Please complete the Exchange Request Form and review the return policy below for more details.

How do I add a coupon?

If you have a coupon code, you can add it to your order in the coupon field when you view your cart (see below).
